|Title||Coaching Skills for Managers|
|Introduction||This two-day programme of experiential learning is intended to introduce managers to the concept of employing coaching skills in the workplace as an everyday occurrence and method of developing their staff and building their teams. It consists of two one-day workshops with an interim period of practice of 6-8 weeks|
|Course aims||To enable managers to stimulate, engage, motivate and develop individuals to succeed through the employment of coaching skills.|
|Target group||Managers with line management responsibility for developing individuals and teams|
|Methods / approach||Fully blended, collaborative and interactive, employing reflective practice, sharing and feedback|

|Course fee||Courses are funded for DCC participants.(excluding schools). For external customers a charge of £80.00 per day per person is made.|
For Non-attendance on the day there will be a charge of £80.
For cancellations between 1-5 days prior to the start date there will be a charge of £60.
However, an alternative delegate could attend if appropriate for the course – please contact the Training Admin team for clarification.
