IntroductionThis two-day programme of experiential learning is intended to introduce managers to the concept of employing coaching skills in the workplace as an everyday occurrence and method of developing their staff and building their teams. It consists of two one-day workshops with an interim period of practice of 6-8 weeks
Course aimsTo enable managers to stimulate, engage, motivate and develop individuals to succeed through the employment of coaching skills.

  • To identify everyday opportunities for coaching
  • To employ the necessary skills to deliver a positive coaching experience
  • To improve morale, engagement and team relationships through positive and timely coaching interventions

Course feeCourses are funded for DCC participants.(excluding schools). For external customers a charge of £80.00 per day per person is made.
Cancellation fee

For Non-attendance on the day there will be a charge of £80.

For cancellations between 1-5 days prior to the start date there will be a charge of £60.

However, an alternative delegate could attend if appropriate for the course – please contact the Training Admin team for clarification.
