End of Life

If you are caring for someone who is in the last stages of life, or who may be soon, the booklet ‘What to expect when someone important to you is dying’ might be of use to you as a carer and can be downloaded for families.

Skills for Care, Skills for health and the National Council for Palliative Care have together developed a training pack called ‘Working together: Improving end of life care through better integration’ has been developed to increase awareness and understanding of the importance of working together to support people at the end of their lives.
