Use our ceremony enquiry form to contact us and make sure that a registrar will be available to conduct your ceremony.
Before you start
You will need to know the location, date and time of your proposed ceremony.
If you are planning to hold your ceremony in a hotel or other licensed venue, you must have already made a provisional booking with the venue.
Your booking will not be complete until we have contacted you to confirm the availability of a registrar. To secure your reservation, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £75 within 5 days. We will send you an email with details of how to pay.
For statutory ceremonies where the only guests are the two witnesses (only available at a registration office) and bookings made within 12 weeks of the proposed ceremony date, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

If you or your partner is a foreign national you can make an enquiry but in order to get married or form a civil partnership, you will need to apply for a visa. More information can be found at GOV.UK.
