The Proud to Care Devon campaign promotes working in health and care in Devon as a great career choice. It’s free for all health and care providers to advertise job vacancies, including work placements, apprenticeships and volunteer roles. There is strong evidence from Skills for Care that values-based recruitment results in lower staff turnover. There is a wealth of information on the Skills for Care website, including the Secrets of Success research of employers with less than 10% staff turnover and Finding and Keeping Workers.
