Refurbishment works about to start at Pilton park play area

Posted on: 17 October 2018

New swings, a see-saw, a balance agility trail and interactive play equipment are just some of the exciting new equipment set to be installed in Pilton park play area.

Contractors will start working on the £32,000 project on Monday 22 October, which will take approximately three weeks to complete, subject to weather conditions.

Executive Member for Parks, Leisure and Culture, Councillor Dick Jones, says: “We are really excited to announce the refurbishment of Pilton play park with brand new play equipment. This will be a real asset to the local community and has been funded by S106 contributions from local developers.”
