Sparkwell – Definitive Map Review Informal Consultation

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way under continuous review and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, regraded, amended or deleted. A review of the Definitive Map is currently being undertaken in the parish of Sparkwell.

We are now consulting on one proposal for changing the Definitive Map in the parish.

For more information please see the consultation schedule and map below.

Details of the proposal and map are also available for inspection with the Clerk of Sparkwell Parish Council, by appointment and also at the Public Rights of Way Section, Devon County Council, ABG Lucombe House, County Hall, Topsham Road, Exeter during office hours (Mon–Fri, 9.00 a.m.–4.30 p.m.)

If anyone has any evidence or suggestions to make concerning this or other alterations to the Definitive Map, please contact us by 20 June 2017.
