Coldridge – Definitive Map Review Informal Consultation

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way under continuous review and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, regraded, amended or deleted.  A review of the Definitive Map is currently being undertaken in the parish of Coldridge in Mid Devon.

We are now consulting on the investigation of proposals for changing the Definitive Map in Coldridge.

For more information please see the Notice of Consultation, Proposals Schedule and maps below.

Maps showing the existing public rights of way in the parish and details of the proposals are also available for inspection by appointment with the Clerk of the Parish Council; at Crediton Town Council Offices, Market Street, Crediton; and Mid Devon District Council Offices at Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton (during office hours); and also at the Public Rights of Way Service, Lucombe House, County Hall, Topsham Road, Exeter during office hours (Mon-Fri, 9.00 a.m.-4.30 p.m.)
