Sea-Changers

Sea-Changers is a UK marine conservation charity that gives grants to UK marine charities and non-profits for conservation and research projects.

The grant schemes currently available are:

  • Main grants – grants of between £500 and £2,500 are offered through two rounds a year with deadlines on 31 March and 30 September
  • Small grants – apply at any time for grants up to £500
  • Tackling Ocean Plastics Fund – apply through the Main Grants or Small Grants for projects to tackle the issue of marine plastic pollution
  • Innovation Fund 2022 – A total budget of £30,000 will support a small number of projects with new and experimental solutions to marine conservation challenges. Apply by 18 September 2022

Applications are accepted from UK-based charities and not-for-profit organisations (including schools) carrying out marine conservation related activities.
