Fund title: Hospice UK: Rank Foundation Grants
Focus of fund/fund aims:
Grants up to £15,000 for UK hospices to carry out capital works that directly benefit patients and their families
6 December 2018
Hospice UK’s Rank Foundation Grant Programme is now accepting applications for projects that directly benefit patients in adult hospices that are full members of Hospice UK.
In 2018 the theme is Enhancing Wellbeing and grants are available for projects that improve the physical space to encourage and enable hospices to improve the environment in which they deliver care. This could include coverting underused spaces or renovating existing spaces, it can include work to outside areas in order to improve their therapeutic value.
The programme is primarily to support capital costs but revenue costs that help deliver the capital activity can be included in the project costs – however revenue costs must not be the primary expense.
The total available funding in this round is £100,000 and Hospice UK are looking to make grants of up to £15,000 each.
