Fund description:

This call for proposals under Erasmus+ Key Action 3: Support for Policy Reform will support transnational cooperation projects in the fields of education, training and youth. The call comprises two lots:

Lot 1 – Education and Training

To create or develop learning communities involving different types of educational institution and learning providers. This should pave the way for a future alliance of schools with the aim of promoting inclusive learning, eg. fostering the education of disadvantaged learners, supporting the integration of newly-arrived migrants.

Lot 2 – Youth

To promote civic participation of young people by developing the role of volunteering for social inclusion; and or to promote radicalisation leading to violent extremism of young people by reaching out to those at risk of marginalisation or social exclusion.

Projects submitted under either lot should: disseminate and/or scale up good practice on inclusive learning, particularly at local level; or develop and implement innovative ways of fostering inclusive education and/or youth initiatives.

Applications should be made by partnerships of at least four organisations from four different countries. A range of public and private organisations active in the field of education, training and youth or cross-sectoral social issues are eligible to participate. This includes educational institutions, local authorities, not-for-profit organisations and private companies.

The total budget available for the co-financing of projects under the call is €10 million (education and training: €8 million; youth: €2 million). The maximum grant per project will be €500,000 for up to 80% of the total eligible project costs.
