Solution: Products and / or services that enable people to decide on how their care or wellbeing requirements are met. Products and / or services that support independent living. Products and / or services that facilitate people to become active and engage in local activities and groups.

AWARENESS  

Challenge: Provide innovative solutions that will enable people to access social and healthcare services, as well as finding and connecting with peer groups and local community assets.

Solution: Products and / or services that enable people to have better awareness and access to relevant information appropriate to their care and wellbeing requirements.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

Challenge: Provide innovative solutions that deliver education and lifestyle support for people receiving and delivering care.

Solution: Products and / or services that will educate people in later life on how best to plan and manage their care or lifestyle as well as educational activities for older people that get them out and active with others in the community.
