Resolving complaints and concerns
Users of the Devon Discounts website are advised that they are responsible for resolving any complaints directly with the supplier or suppliers in question (and not Devon County Council).
However, users who have serious concerns about a supplier may wish to notify Devon County Council (providing details and reasons) by emailing communications@devon.gov.uk clearly marking the email ‘Devon Discounts’.
