Decision to award the contract for CP1402-16 Enforcement Agency Services, following a domestic tender process.

Decision Taken:

To award a contract to the below organisations for the provision of the above contract.  The contract is anticipated to commence on 1st September 2018, for the period of 60 months.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier(s) achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

A competitive process was undertaken from which 10 bids were received these were considered as part of the formal evaluation process.

Details of any conflict of interest and dispensation granted to the Officer taking the decision or by any Member of the Council in delegating responsibility for any specific express delegation:

There is no conflict of interest in regard to the award of this contract to the two organisations named above.
