During the course of the above project the school undertook an upgrade to the existing specialist floor covering within the sports hall and as a result it is proposed to transfer the sum of £6000 to the school budget from the project unspent contingency sum , to reimburse the school for the works that they undertook outside of the main contract. Authority is requested to move the allocation of £6,000 from HCDWM to E&L-Schools so the school can be reimbursed for expenditure relating to their sports hall.
