Decision to award the Authority’s contract for the operation of 18 recycling centres and two waste transfer facilities (CP1262-16

OJEU Reference – 2016/S 172-310050), following an OJEU open procurement process.

Decision Taken:

To award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above service.

The service will commence on 1st April 2017, for an initial period of five years, with an option to extend for a maximum of four further years.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

An open process was undertaken as part of which three bids were received and considered as part of the formal evaluation process as set out in the procurement documents.

 

The decision has been taken on the basis of the preferred service provider achieving the highest overall score for their Tender submission for the delivery of the service in accordance with the contract.
