To award a contract (Subject to due diligence) to the below organisation for the provision of the above contracts. The contract will commence on 1^st April 2017, for the period of 12 Months

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier achieving a score within a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

A competitive process was undertaken from which one bid was received and was considered as part of the formal evaluation process.
