Summary of Matter or Issue Requiring Decision:

Decision to award the contract for CP1139-15 – For the supply of a
Targeted Families Solution for the Troubles Families Expanded
Programme, following a domestic tender exercise.

Decision Taken:

To award a contract (Subject to due diligence) to the below
organisation(s) for the provision of the above contract. The contract
will commence in August 2015 for the 12-month period with the option
to extend for a further 3 x 12-month extensions.

Sentinel Partners Limited, Sterling House, 20 Station Road, Gerrards
Cross, Buckinghamshire, SL9 8EL

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier(s) achieving the
highest overall score within a best value tender (optimum combination
of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement
Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous
Tender (MEAT).

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

A competitive process was undertaken from which three bids were
received these were considered as part of the formal evaluation
process.
