“following feedback on the independent evaluation of the Full Business Case that the Staff Group can re-evaluate their proposal and, if they wish, progress at their risk”

The evaluation process in now complete. The Council policy regarding disposal of assets means that once vacated Lydiate Lodge be put up for sale to the open market. Any further interest from any group, organisation or individual will then be considered.
