To award Lot 1 Exeter (Anticipated eligible population 8,515) to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract will commence on 1st June 2015, for the period of 24 Months, with an option to extend for a further three, 12 months blocks.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

A competitive process was undertaken for each Lot. All bids received for each Lot were considered as part of the formal evaluation process.
