    Venue: Saunton Sands Hotel, North Devon, subject to availability. Should the event be oversubscribed, delegates may be placed at the nearby Barnstaple Hotel

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

    Bookings will be accepted on a strictly first come, first served basis and hotel accommodation will be allocated in the same way. Please note that by providing your details, you acknowledge that your name and school will be published as delegates prior to the event. Invoices will be raised during Summer term 2018.

    CANCELLATIONS: we wish to remind you of the booking terms and conditions and to advise you that any cancellations made on or after 13th September (28 days prior to the event) will incur a 50% cancellation charge and any cancellations on or after 27th September (14 days prior to the event) will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge. In order to avoid any cancellation costs being charged to your school, you may wish to consider nominating a named colleague to attend in your place.Please note also that details of all cancellations or amendments must be submitted in writing by email to the DAPH Office.
