Freedom Community Alliance run the Freedom Day Centre in Barnstaple.

The Open Door Centre in Exmouth offers a number of services to people, including adicts, such as housing and financial advice, low cost food, clothes store, showering and laundry facilities, and a community cafe.

Some organisations offer support for the families and children of people with drug and alcohol problems.
