How to enrol

Online

Enrol online by visiting our course finder, selecting the course you wish to enrol on and then following the instructions.  Pay by Until November 2013, due to system changes, we’ll call you to take payment by debit or credit card within seven working days of enrolment. Please note: Enrolling online is not available for all courses, please read our terms and conditions.

Phone

Enrol by phone by calling MyDevon on 0845 155 1014. You can pay for your course by Debit or Credit Card.

Post

Enrol by post by completing an enrolment form and sending it to your local centre with a cheque made payable to Devon County Council (do not send cash).

In person

Enrol in person by visiting your local centre with a completed enrolment form. You can pay for your course by Cash, Cheque (please make cheques payable to Devon County Council) or Debit/Credit Card.

FAQs

What will happen after I book my course?

You will receive confirmation that you are booked on the course. This will include information on any concessions you may have claimed and specific information about the course on which you have enrolled.

Confirmation that the course is running together with any joining instructions will be sent approximately five days before the start of your course. Please Note: Email is our preferred method of communication.

When should I book my course(s)?

It is essential that you book your course at least six working days before the start date of the course. For courses to run there must be sufficient learners to make the course financially viable. A decision as to whether the course will run is made five working days ahead of the start date.

Our funding body, the Skills Funding Agency, places restrictions on who can come on our courses, you can visit our learner eligibility page for more information.
