The Publication Scheme contains links to a range of information already published on our website, in a structured format recommended by the Information Commissioners Office.
You can search the disclosure log for the subject you are interested in to see if we have already published a response to a previous request to see if it answers your questions.
There are a range of categories, tags and service headings to choose from, or just type keywords into the search.
There are also a number of responses made to requests which ask for information about services provided by district and unitary councils, where we do not hold the information.
Search using the information not held keywords or select the information not held category or tag. Links are provided to other council websites so you can submit your freedom of information request to them direct.

If you require support with making a request please phone the Information Governance Team on 01392 383000 – ask for the Information Governance Team. We will then take down the details of your request and will share this with you by post to ensure that the details we have captured are correct. Once we have received confirmation from you that you are happy with the details we have recorded, we will proceed with your request in accordance with the Council’s Freedom of Information Request Handling Policy.
