Uplyme Parish Council are about to embark on a traffic management study. Traffic issues were a major item of concern that were reflected in the Neighbourhood Plan which is now ‘made’ and as such has legal status.
As part of our analysis we need to have information concerning the school in the village so that we may estimate the number of vehicular movements due to the presence of the school. To that end I would be grateful for the following information:
1. The present number of pupils in the School

2. The number of pupils or percentage of pupils who live in Uplyme.

3. The number of pupils to be expected+/- if a new school is eventually built
Devon County Council do not hold this information.
The size of any new school has not been agreed nor has any consultation process taken place.
