Under FOI can I have details of all agreements involving Plymouth City Council and other organisations for the operation and maintenance of the footbridge over Sutton Harbour from the time the bridge was installed to the present, and including the names of the other organisations and all party’s obligations under any agreements.
Since the Plymouth City Council became a unitary authority in 1998, Devon County Council has had no involvement in Plymouth and the council matters.
