Under the Freedom of Information Act we want a copy of all inspection reports for this section of road, a copy of all complaints made for this section of road, a copy of the council’s current policy and timing requirements for inspection including the classification of this road for that policy, the date this policy was put in place, details of the previous policy and why it was changed and statistics held by the council of numbers of complaints made each year on road conditions and number of claims made for damage due to road conditions
