Provide all costs purchase or lease, installation and maintenance of self-service machines at Ashburton Library.
The purchase cost of £7,495 plus VAT was inclusive of delivery and installation.
Under SLA (Service Level Agreement) Devon IT staff installed, connected the cabling, supplied and tested the IP address therefore there was no additional cost to the Library service.
Provide all costs from the time that those costs started.
The annual cost of maintenance in 2015/16 was £1,076.50 plus VAT. The machine used an existing line so there was no additional cost.
Provide additional IT costs for the implementation of self-service machines, such as the cost of integrating the Library Management System with the self-service machines.
Devon County Council transferred the Library service to Libraries Unlimited South West on 1st April 2016 therefore we do not hold this information. Any costs after this date were the responsibility of this independent organisation.
