Name and contact details of the department/council officer who refers such cases to the QLTR, Bona Vacantia, Treasury Solicitor, Government Legal Department, National Ultimus Haeres or Duchy.
Devon County Council is not responsible for carrying out public health funerals. Therefore, we do not hold the information you have requested.
Public health funerals are generally carried out by District and Unitary Councils. We believe NHS bodies such as Hospital Trusts are also involved with organising Public Health Funerals.
