Mid Devon Highway and Traffic Orders Committees (HATOC) considered this matter on Monday 29 October 2018. and changed the recommendation to ask for a site visit to be arranged and the decision delegated to the Chief Officer for Highways, Infrastructure, Development & Waste in consultation with the Local Member and Chair.
