1. I request evidence that Tawgreen Road was inspected as stated on 09 JUN 2017 and the report of said inspection.
Please find provided here a screenshot of the findings of the inspection which took place on 23 June 2017. It has been noted that the previous date of inspection provided of 9 June 2017 would appear to be incorrect, for which we apologise. The correct date of inspection was 23 June 2017.
2. I request evidence that subsequent to my reporting of the pothole that it has now been repaired.”
