The aim of this FOIA request – which is being sent out to 150 Local Authorities across England –is to gain a more robust understanding of the provision of services for individuals with neurological conditions and a better understanding of how they are being engaged with by local authorities
Our request relates to the progressive neurological conditions of Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, Huntington’s disease, and also to acquired traumatic brain injury. It excludes the following conditions: headache, epilepsy, stroke, dementia, spina bifida, cerebral palsy.
Our request is attached as an annex along with this letter. We have set out the questions as a series of tables for both our and your ease: if it is possible to complete the questions as set out in the tables then please do.
