2) ICT strategy for the next 5 years.

The Devon County Council road map covers the Council’s ICT strategy for the next three years. This document is intended to be published on the Council’s website in the coming weeks. For this reason, we consider this is exempt under Section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Whilst we recognise that there is a public interest in openness around the way the Council seeks to operate its ICT function, we consider that given the short timescale in which this information is to be made public, there is a stronger public interest in withholding this information from disclosure at this time.
