“Please tell me what monies are paid to Stagecoach Bus. “Plymouth Address” Stagecoach, The Ride, Chelston Meadow, Plymouth, PL9 7JT. “Exeter Address” Stagecoach, Matford Park Road, Exeter, EX2 8FD, as a financial incentive to train drivers to the standard of PCV bus & Coach driver. There is a government grant / incentive / award, in order to assist with the training & that information is what I would like Many thanks.
Devon County Council does not pay any monies to Stagecoach for the purpose of driver training.
We are not aware of any Government grants to bus companies for this purpose. If you wish for confirmation of this, you are advised to contact the Department for Transport.
