There is more than one support contract in place (see above). Further, we have suppliers (OLM and WellData) who provide a package of support including applications and database support. These packages are not spilt into Oracle support and maintenance components so it is not possible to identify the costs you are requesting. Both suppliers have agreements directly with Oracle to provide support on our behalf.
