Are the results of fire risk assessments carried out on your buildings published publicly?
No.
Devon County Council does not publicly publish Fire Risk Assessments. There is no legal requirement to do so. We do ensure Fire Risk Assessments are in place for all of our buildings and share relevant information from them with building users.
For clarity social housing is not a responsibility of Devon County Council.
