3. How many of the accepted expressions of interest resulted in the original person or persons (who made the expression) being awarded the contract since the Localism Act came in to force? – None.

4. What type of services have been involved in the accepted expressions of interest? – Not applicable as none received.

5. How many expressions of interest have been modified by your local authority to enable acceptance? – Not applicable as none received.

It states that the Council will accept expressions of interest between 1 March and 31 March each year for services that are not under existing contractual arrangements.  The Council has not received any such expressions of interest to date.
