How many ECHP’s are Devon responsible for?

For the last 3 years the number of young people who could have taken GCSE, the number who sat GCSE and the % of young people that achieve an A – C Grade.

For the last 3 years the number of young people who went onto study for A Levels and the number of young people achieved A – C Grades.

The average cost of a specialist education placement. 

The number of young people who hold an ECHP involved in the criminal justice system.

Devon County Council is responsible for – 2,346 ECHP’s

With regards to the GCSE statistics the Department for Education publish the number of children on roll at end of KS4 and the outcome via their Statistical First Releases (each Statistical First Release has Local Authority tables);

2015/16 Statistical First Release indicates the number of pupils on roll at end of KS4, percentage of pupils entered and percentage of pupils achieved – see: SFR03_2017_LA_Tables on the Department for Education website.

2013/14 and 2014/15 only have the number of pupils on roll at end of KS4 and percentage achieved – within the same website see revised figures publications for the relevant years (SF2_2015_Additional_Tables for 2013/14 and SFR01_2016_LA_Tables for 2014/15).

It’s a similar situation with A level results, the Department for Education publish the number of students and outcomes.

Independent Special Schools is £46,300

Maintained Special Schools is £24,900

Devon County Council does not hold information detailing the number of young people who hold an ECHP involved in the criminal justice system.
