Duchy of Cornwall – possible breaches of Acts of Parliament

Request

Please advise the number of times in the last 3 years, if any, you have had cause to deal with the Duchy of Cornwall for any possible breach of Acts of Parliament or Regulations, including EU Regulations. These breaches might include, for example, and for example only, breaches of planning or environmental legislation. For the avoidance of doubt I am interested in incidents in which questions have been raised if the Duchy has been in breach, whether they have been in breach, whether they have been charged as being in breach and convicted as being in breach.
