Devon County Council does not purchase substance misuse ‘in-patient detoxification’ through a framework agreement. Information will be available from Addaction on the contracting arrangements they have made for the provision of inpatient detoxification under the RISE contract. Devon County Council does not purchase residential rehabilitation through a framework agreement. Substance misuse residential rehabilitation placements are spot purchased, through any appropriate residential care provider Devon County Council where there is already a spot agreement in place.
