For externally commissioned day centres, Devon County Council provides Direct Payments to individuals to enable them to purchase day centre provision. We are unable to disclose details of those payments as that may identify individuals and is therefore exempt under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 Section 40(2) Personal Data. Devon County Council does not fund externally commissioned day centres directly.
