Construction on brownfield site

I request an up to date list of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers that have or will be involved with the construction of an office and industrial park with a 150-bedroom hotel on a 37-hectare brownfield site to provide a total floor area of 140,467 sqm.

This scheme has been detailed as being developed in two phases, and will take an estimated 15 to 20 years in total to develop fully. Infrastructure works include works on the M5, junction 29 during phase 1 as well as the delivery of the Clyst Honiton Bypass along the western boundary of the site.

Phase 1: Energy Centre – Ambulance Special Operations Centre – Distribution Centre – 2 Office Buildings – Civil Infrastructure Works: Clyst-Honiton Bypass – M5 Junction 29 works – Pumping stations

Phase 2: Office Building

Devon County Council is the landowner of the site which is being developed through a Joint Venture with a private sector organisation, St Modwen, who are responsible for the marketing and development of the site. Therefore, this information is not held.

This includes the procurement of contractors for the construction of buildings and sub-contractor arrangements. St Modwen have stated that they procure suppliers using the principles of Best Value and via a competitive procurement process.
