Please can I have the following information for each commercial property in your area;
- A list of all commercial properties owned by the Council
- The name of ratepayer for non council owned properties
- Address of property
- VOA Billing Authority Reference Number (BA reference)
- 2010 rating list rateable value
- Type of relief granted ie none, Mandatory, Discretional, Empty property, SBRR etc
- Occupancy date for current ratepayer
- Local Authority Account Number
Please note that Devon County Council is not responsible for the collection or administration of business rates, nor do we own or operate any commercial properties. Therefore the Council not hold the information requested. I understand that responsibility for the collection and administration of business rates rests with each of the District and Unitary Councils in Devon. Furthermore I understand these organisations may also own commercial properties. I therefore suggest that you contact each of these organisations directly to obtain the information requested
