All Devon County Council (DCC) employees may use their cars for DCC business and then seek reimbursement for mileage etc. There are currently 4,218 employees within DCC. Any of these employees who own cars and use them for DCC business could seek reimbursement.

DCC has purchased 3 diesel cars at a cost of £46,000 The rest are nil.

DCC has only recently purchased 3 diesel cars as above. We do not generally purchase cars but contract hire as required. With the reduction of services, DCC no longer have any contract hire cars except for the 4 electrics.
