There are no specific air pollution budget lines within the County Council but many of the authority’s activities from managing and designing school buildings to managing the transport network and the authority’s own estate have an impact.

Activities and projects are therefore managed with air pollution impacts in mind.

The overall approach to local air quality management work is led by District Councils and the two Unitary Authorities in Devon. Therefore Devon County Council does not hold any information and we would recommend that you approach the relevant district or unitary council for any particular area that you are interested in.
