OLM provide standard support & maintenance as the system supplier, and support & maintenance for the system hosting. No other external suppliers provide services to support & maintain these systems.

£432,397.71, of which £281,457.71 is software support and maintenance and £150,940.00 is hosting.

 

Excluding payments to the system supplier itself, please provide an estimate of your total expenditure on support & maintenance your social care case management system(s) in 2016/17?

 

We are only able to provide a vague estimate which we would estimate at being between £300k-£350k.
