Please note the figures for 2014/15 are still being compiled for future publication by the Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) through the National Adult Social Care Information Service (NASCIS). Therefore the Council believe that this information is exempt from disclosure under Section 22 (intended for future publication) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Devon County Council recognise the public interest in openness and transparency, however we are mindful of the fact that this information is soon to be published.  We therefore feel that there is a greater public interest in ensuring that Council resources are not utilised carrying out work which is in effect a duplication of effort.
